White Chocolate Blondie Box

New to the counter and already earning devoted fans. Our blondies are made with browned butter and soft brown sugar for a deep caramel note, then loaded with white chocolate chunks and finished with a pinch of sea salt.

The texture sits somewhere between a brownie and a cookie bar: golden and slightly chewy at the edges, soft and dense in the centre.

Like our brownies, they're baked the day before dispatch and posted in a letterbox-friendly box of six generous squares. They keep for 7 days in an airtight tin and freeze happily.
