Millionaire's Shortbread Traybake

Three layers, zero restraint. A buttery shortbread base, a thick layer of caramel made properly in the pan (stirred until Mary's arm complains), and a smooth milk chocolate top with a dark chocolate marble.

We cut it into nine squares that are, frankly, a two-sitting job for most people. It's the treat our customers most often buy "for the family" and then hide from the family.

Arrives boxed as a full traybake. Keep in an airtight container somewhere cool — in warm weather the fridge is fine, just let squares sit out for ten minutes so the caramel softens again. Best within 7 days.
