Delivery options & costs
- Standard delivery (3–5 working days) — £3.95, or free on orders over £40.
- Express delivery (1–2 working days) — £6.95, order before 2pm for same-day dispatch.
- Click & collect — free, ready within 2 hours at participating locations.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses across the UK mainland. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas may take an extra 1–2 working days. For international delivery, please contact us at [your orders email] before ordering.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you have an account you can also view your order status at any time. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please get in touch at [your orders email] and we'll chase it up straight away.
