The showstopper. Choose any letter or number and Mary will hand-cut it from layers of vanilla sponge, pipe it generously with vanilla and white chocolate buttercream swirls, and dress it with fresh berries, meringue kisses and chocolate treats.

Letter cakes are wonderful for milestone birthdays, anniversaries and new-baby celebrations — one letter serves roughly 10-12, and you can order multiple letters to spell a name or age.

Because each one is cut and decorated to order, please allow 48 hours' notice. Your cake arrives in a flat presentation box. Keep refrigerated because of the fresh fruit, and enjoy within 2 days.
