Classic Vanilla Celebration Cake

Our signature celebration cake, and the one Mary bakes most often. Three layers of light vanilla sponge are sandwiched with strawberry jam and smooth vanilla buttercream, then finished with a swirled buttercream crown and a sprinkle of your choice.

Every cake is baked to order using free-range eggs, proper butter and Madagascan vanilla — no mixes, no shortcuts. Add a personalised message at checkout and we'll pipe it by hand.

Your cake arrives boxed and ribboned, ready for the table. Best enjoyed within 3 days; keep in an airtight container in a cool spot (not the fridge, which dries sponge out).
